Usually, yes — when you have comprehensive coverage, the carrier approves the repair, and there is no unpaid balance after they pay. Get a free estimate first. Deductible help, when we are running it, is explained at the shop.
Yes. Hail is typically a comprehensive claim, not collision. You can estimate before or after you open the claim. Many customers drop the vehicle with a claim number and we handle coordination from there.
A few dents or light hail is often same day or the next business day. A typical full-vehicle hail job is usually 1–3 days. Heavy densing can take longer. We put a time range on the estimate.
PDR works the metal back without sanding, filler, or a respray, so factory paint stays on the car. That is the usual method for hail when the paint is intact. If paint is cracked or the metal is stretched too far, we will say PDR is not the right repair. Full PDR page →
The repair we complete is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers that repair coming back under normal use. It does not cover a new storm, a collision, or work done somewhere else.
